11:56 - Incoming calls now appear to be working again. However, we are still awaiting confirmation from our carriers that the underlying issue with Eircom has been resolved. 11:45 - We have become aware of a problem with some incoming calls, where the caller receives a message stating that the number has changed. This issue has been identified as a problem between Eircom and our carriers, and is being investigated as a matter of urgency.
